Remote Surveying and Specification Writing System

Developed jointly between PC Data and Destiny Wireless the Alarm Master EPS system uses digital paper and pen technology to produce the specification in the normal way. Once the survey form has been completed it is sent back to the Destiny servers via GPRS using a Bluetooth enabled phone. The Destiny servers then filter the message through handwriting recognition software and also convert the form to an xml format and then send the form to Alarm Master as an image and xml format. Once the image and xml are received they are saved into the quotation correspondence file and the xml file populates the specification module in Alarm Master.

In addition to the Module the system requires that the digital pens are purchased through Destiny Wireless and there is a current service contract with Destiny Wireless. The digital forms are available from PC Data and are copyright to PC Data Services. Bespoke form design is available at an additional cost.
