Alarm Master Engineer Web Access Module

The purpose of this module is to allow engineers/subcontractors to access jobs/service visits allocated to them and enter work carried out, time taken,.parts needed etc.  If marked as finished status is changed in database to allow completion/invoice by your admin staff.

The module consists of two parts

• Application
• Web Interface

The Application is an ISAPI.dll program which runs on your web server. This must have contact with your database so, generally, it will run on a local machine, not necessarily on your web server.

The Web Interface is a series of html pages which can be constructed in the style of your existing web pages - PC Data will supply templates of these pages and then these will be modified by your web design company to suit your company web style.
