Marketing Overview.
This program is designed to be used by telesales operators to track and monitor marketing activities. The main function of the software is controlled by importing and entering prospects. It then assists with calling and promoting the company’s products and/or services to prospective customers.

Entering data and Importing.
The user is able to enter customers into a main Prospects database; there is also the functionality to import Prospect lists from an Experian or a fixed layout spreadsheet. Data entered into the main prospects includes, Name, Address, Telephone numbers, business types, sales opportunity code, and lead status (for the colour coding of the grids and reporting).
Scheduled calls
Calls can be scheduled from the main prospects page or from the call prospects page. This puts them on the front page for easy access. If the scheduled call is clicked on you are then taken into the call prospects page for that client. Scheduled calls can be filtered down by telesales operator and/or date. They are also colour coded by status to allow highlighting e.g. you may have statuses of HOT, WARM, COLD and the colours represent the activity around the prospect.
Calling Prospects
A telesales operator can call customers by picking their name and the prospect list they work with. From this page they can view the customers call history, call the client, edit the client’s main details or generate a financial proposal.
Auto-dialer
If the user has a Modem in their PC, the customer may be called using the built in Auto-dialer. It is also possible to disable this function to allow manual dialing.
Finance Proposal
Each prospect can have their financial details stored for finance applications.
Mail shot
Prospective customers can be sent mail shots or any mail-merged documents using the in built mail-merging function using Microsoft Word (MS-Word not supplied). Create a document template in Word, insert the required mail-merge fields from Marketing, the document can then be merged and sent to all or some of the clients in your database using the in built selection criteria.
Correspondence
A correspondence folder is automatically generated to store customer documents, any document relating to the customer may be filed here.
Reporting
With the inbuilt report generator there are endless reporting possibilities, and many pre-written reports provided demonstrating some of its capabilities.
Email
Batch E-mail your prospects that have e-mail and have given you permission to contact them by this method. You are able to send the message either with an attachment or as a HTML page.
Fax (Still to come)
Fax clients mail shots and information straight from your PC.
Export
Prospects can be exported into the quotations area of Alarm Master.
Backup and Restore
In built back up and restore allowing data files to be compressed and stored on floppy disk, usb-key, memory card, CD-rom (direct CD, in-CD or Drag to disk required), alternate hard drive, or another networked PC.
