Personal Computer Data Services produce seven main products:

  • Alarm Master - administration software for alarm installers, including Customer and Service Management from first enquiry through to invoicing for preventative and corrective maintenance.  Alarm Master is designed to support a full range of system types from Intruder Alarms, through to CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarms.
  • BASE - administration software for SSAIB alarm installers. Enables the SSAIB Installer to carry out and record the basic administration functions to SSAIB Standards as well as calculating and producing all the reports required by the SSAIB.
  • Alarm Master Mobile - software to bridge the gap between the Alarm Master software in the office and the mobile engineers in the field, allowing real-time upload and download of Preventative and Corrective visits directly from Alarm Master to engineers’ PDAs using the GPRS network.
  • Customer Web Access - software to allow customers access to carefully selected data via a web browser. The module consists of two parts - Application and Web Interface. The Application is an ISAPI.dll program which runs on your web server.
  • Engineer Web Access - software to allow engineers/subcontractors to access jobs/service visits allocated to them and enter work carried out, time taken,.parts needed etc. If marked as finished status is changed in database to allow completion/invoice by your admin staff.
  • Marketing - designed to be used by telesales operators to track and monitor marketing activities. The main function of the software is controlled by importing and entering prospects. It then assists with calling and promoting the company’s products and/or services to prospective customers.
  • Alarm Master EPS - the Alarm Master EPS system uses digital paper and pen technology to produce the specification. Once the survey form has been completed it is sent back to the Destiny servers via GPRS using a Bluetooth enabled phone. The Destiny servers then send the form to Alarm Master.
