Alarm Master V304 Improvements

A number of the improvements on The Alarm Master V304 do require the V10 version of the Advantage Database, Alarm Master users with client server databases will need to upgrade to the V10 version of Advantage. . Advantage client server upgrades are not covered by the Alarm Master Program maintenance fees and are chargeable separately.
New features in Alarm Master V304 include:
- All emails have option to use Outlook for sending emails so that these are recorded in Outlook and read receipts can be requested. Covering email can be highly customised, particularly for invoices
- SMS text options from phone numbers. Including group text to Engineers. (The SMS facility requires subscription to the Clickatell service, please see our website for details - www.pcdata.co.uk)
- Hot Keys available from anywhere in program.
- Ctrtl+Alt+E activates email
- Ctrtl+Alt+T activates telephone dialer and address book search
- Ctrl+Alt+X activates SMS text. (The SMS facility requires subscription to the Clickatell service, please see our website for details - www.pcdata.co.uk)
- Mail Merge letters for customers can be sent by email as an option to letter.
- When booking job/service confirmation email/text can be sent to customer as can changes to job status. (The SMS facility requires subscription to the Clickatell service, please see our website for details - www.pcdata.co.uk)
- Email/Text appointment reminders from Engineers Diary + Email/Text engineer with job details (The SMS facility requires subscription to the Clickatell service, please see our website for details - www.pcdata.co.uk)
- Service Actions table to track when individual detectors etc. have been serviced.
- Equipment Service history
- Track when batteries were last replaced/due for replacement
- Track when extinguishers were last discharged/due for discharge
- Track when service life items i.e. smoke detectors are due for replacement
- Default Service Actions for simple processing of maintenance sheets.

Please Note The additional features will vary according to Alarm Master version, the Premium system will have all the updates except those listed as chargeable options. Lite system does not have any email or SMS facilities
